You are here because something I wrote found you at the right moment.

That is how I think about the people who arrive in this space. The question, for me, has always been the same one. Not how to do more. How to do what actually matters, without losing the rest of life in the process.

I spent 25 years in finance and education before I sat at a kitchen table in my late forties and realised I had become very efficient at things that were pointing nowhere. That moment sent me back to study, oldest student in the room, new country, starting again. It also sent me to write. The book that came out of that is called Seamless Flow. It is where all of this thinking began.

This site is being built  a home for the Seamless Flow methodology, designed for senior professionals who are succeeding at the wrong things, slowly. While it comes together, the best place to find me is LinkedIn.
