Do I need to have read Seamless Flow before enrolling?
It helps, but it is not required. The course teaches the 3×7 framework from the ground up. If you have not read the book, I recommend starting with the free 3-Day Reset Primer.
How much time does the course require each day?
Plan for 30–45 minutes per day. 10 minutes for the video lesson, 15–20 minutes for the worksheet, and 10–15 minutes for the daily action.
What if I fall behind?
The course is self-paced. Complete it in 21 consecutive days (recommended) or spread it across 4–6 weeks. Videos and worksheets are yours to keep.
What happens after the 21 days?
