Cancellation & Refund Policy
At The Jane Sha, we are committed to purpose-driven results. Because our services involve professional consultation, creative labor, and technical execution, we have established the following guidelines for cancellations and refunds.
- General Principles
Service Nature: Since our services involve non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods and professional hours, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Good Faith: We strive to ensure every client is satisfied. If you are unhappy with a project, we encourage you to contact us immediately to discuss revisions.
- Website Design & Development
Project-based work is divided into specific stages (e.g., Discovery, Design, Development).
Initial Deposit: The setup fee or initial deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the cost of research, strategy, and administrative setup.
Milestone Refunds: If a project is cancelled mid-way, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to that date. Any unearned fees for future milestones that have not yet started may be eligible for a refund.
Final Approval: Once a website has been approved and moved to a live environment, no refunds will be issued.
- Digital Marketing & SEO (Retainers)
Cancellation: To cancel a monthly recurring service, you must provide written notice at least [15] days before the next billing cycle.
Proration: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations once the execution (posting, backlinking, or optimization) for that month has begun.
- Consultations & Audits
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost.
No-Shows: Fees for booked consultations where the client does not attend without prior notice are non-refundable.
- Refund Process
In the rare event that a refund is approved (e.g., duplicate payment or service non-delivery):
Request: Email us at janeshainfo@gmail.com with your invoice number.
Timeline: We will process approved refunds within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited and processed back to your original payment method.
